What does This Partnership Mean?
In the 2025-26 school year, Emmanuel's partnership with Every Meal distributed 2,670 to 79 students' families. The enrollment from 2025-26 grew from the previous year in which we served 67 students.
These weekend meals went to families that might not otherwise be able to provide adequate nutrition on the weekend. But what is Every Meal and how does this partnership work? Click on the questions below to find out more.
We distribute meals on the last day of the school week, every week, from October to the end of the year. The most important thing to make this successful is YOU. Sign up to help distribute by clicking here.
Fighting food insecurity isn't cheap. In the 2025-26 school year, we distributed 2,670 meals to families in our community. The cost to feed one child in our community is $368 per year. That's just in Mora.
Every Meal is currently serving 450 schools in Minnesota (that's 12,000 kids), and 130 schools are on a waitlist. The needs are great, but together we can help fight this.
